What are Future Forms? – Các dạng thì tương lai là gì?

Future forms được sử dụng để diễn tả hành động hoặc sự kiện sẽ xảy ra trong tương lai. Tùy vào ngữ cảnh, chúng ta có thể dùng các thì tương lai khác nhau.

Present Continuous (for future)	Lịch trình cá nhân hoặc kế hoạch đã sắp xếp	S + be + V-ing	We are meeting them at 7 PM.
Present Simple (for future)	Lịch trình cố định như tàu, xe, chương trình	S + V (present simple)	The train leaves at 6 AM.

Examples – Ví dụ

Future Simple (will) - Dự đoán, quyết định tức thời, lời hứa, lời đề nghị

• I will help you with your homework. (Tôi sẽ giúp bạn làm bài tập.)

• It will rain tomorrow. (Ngày mai trời sẽ mưa.)

Be going to - Kế hoạch có sẵn, dự đoán dựa trên dấu hiệu hiện tại

• Look at those dark clouds! It is going to rain soon. (Nhìn những đám mây đen kìa! Trời sắp mưa rồi.)

• He is going to visit his grandmother next weekend. (Anh ấy sẽ thăm bà vào cuối tuần tới.)

Present Continuous for Future - Lịch trình cá nhân hoặc kế hoạch đã sắp xếp

• We are having dinner with our boss tomorrow. (Chúng tôi sẽ ăn tối với sếp vào ngày mai.)

• She is flying to Paris next Monday. (Cô ấy sẽ bay đến Paris vào thứ Hai tới.)

Present Simple for Future - Lịch trình cố định như tàu, xe, chương trình

• The bus departs at 8 AM. (Xe buýt khởi hành lúc 8 giờ sáng.)

• The conference starts next Friday. (Hội nghị sẽ bắt đầu vào thứ Sáu tới.)
