1. What is your typical daily routine?

Sample Answer:

On weekdays, I usually get up at around 6:30 and have a quick breakfast. Then I either go to work or attend online classes. In the afternoon, I take a short break and try to get some exercise. My evenings are quite relaxed – I usually cook dinner, watch a bit of TV, and go to bed before midnight.

Useful Language:

attend a class /əˈtend ə klæs/: tham gia lớp học

take a break /teɪk ə breɪk/: nghỉ giải lao

2. Do you usually do the same things at the same time every day?

Sample Answer:

More or less, yes. I try to stick to a schedule because it helps me stay organized and productive. Of course, sometimes things change if I have extra work or unexpected plans, but I like having some routine.

Useful Language:

unexpected plans /ˌʌnɪkˈspektɪd plænz/: những kế hoạch bất ngờ

3. What part of your day do you enjoy the most?

Sample Answer:

I really enjoy the early morning. It’s usually quiet and peaceful, and I feel most focused and clear-headed at that time. I often read or plan my day during this period – it helps me start the day right.

Useful Language:

peaceful /ˈpiːsfl/: yên bình

focused /ˈfəʊkəst/: tập trung

clear-headed /ˌklɪrˈhedɪd/: minh mẫn, tỉnh táo

4. Do you ever change your routine on weekends?

Sample Answer:

Yes, definitely. On weekends, I sleep in a bit later and spend more time with friends or family. I also try to do things I don’t have time for during the week, like going to a café, reading, or just relaxing at home.

Useful Language:

5. Is your routine different now from when you were a child?

Sample Answer:

Of course. When I was a kid, most of my day was spent at school or playing with friends. Now I have more responsibilities, so my routine is more structured. I need to balance work, study, and personal time.

Useful Language:

responsibilities /rɪˌspɑːnsəˈbɪlətiz/: trách nhiệm
